Partial Payment Policy – Oriel Studio

At Oriel Studio, we offer a structured partial payment option to make ordering custom and made-to-order products clear, transparent, and secure for both parties. By placing an order with us, you agree to the payment terms outlined below.

1. Payment Structure Overview

All orders placed with Oriel Studio are subject to the following three-stage payment schedule:

  1. Initial Deposit – 15%

  2. Second Stage Payment – 25%

  3. Final Balance Payment – 60%

The total of all staged payments equals 100% of the order value.

2. Initial Deposit (15%) – Order Confirmation

  • A 15% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of placing the order.

  • This deposit is necessary to:

    • Secure your order

    • Reserve production capacity

    • Initiate design coordination and project planning

  • No work will commence until the deposit has been successfully received.

  • Orders are not considered confirmed without payment of this deposit.

3. Second Stage Payment (25%) – Approval of Drawings

  • A 25% payment of the total order value is required upon approval of drawings, specifications, or final designs, where applicable.

  • Approval confirms that:

    • All dimensions, finishes, configurations, and technical details are accepted by the customer

    • The order is ready to move into production

  • Production will not begin until this payment has been received in full.

  • Any delays in approving drawings or making this payment may result in changes to delivery timelines.

4. Final Payment (60%) – Prior to Delivery

  • The remaining 60% balance must be paid at least 5 days before the scheduled delivery date.

  • Delivery, dispatch, or installation (if applicable) will not proceed until the full outstanding balance has been cleared.

  • Proof of payment may be requested prior to release of goods.

5. Non-Payment & Delays

  • Failure to make payments according to the agreed schedule may result in:

    • Production delays

    • Rescheduling of delivery

    • Temporary suspension of the order

  • Oriel Studio reserves the right to hold goods until full payment is received.

  • Any storage, handling, or re-delivery costs arising from delayed payments may be charged to the customer.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • The 15% initial deposit is non-refundable, as it covers administrative, design, and order-processing costs.

  • Payments made after drawing approval (including the 25% stage payment) are non-refundable, as the order is considered customized and committed to production.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are assessed on a case-by-case basis and subject to Oriel Studio’s cancellation and returns policy.

7. Pricing & Taxes

  • All payments are calculated based on the total order value, inclusive or exclusive of taxes as stated at checkout.

  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on the Oriel Studio website and making the initial deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Partial Payment Policy.
